STUDIO SPACE

We have a number of Studio spaces available either shared or exclusive use.   These are suitable for art and craft business, sewing or creative industries.

Spaces are set at £1.20 per square foot with discounts for Students, DMU and UoL alumni and additional discounts for min 6 month rentals. 

​

Offices and studio spaces are fully serviced and reception services can be offered by arrangement.
